Seeing Wisdom
Seeing Wisdom
Seeing Wisdom is a brand new online course from Miriam Hall. It combines the practice of Nalanda Miksang Contemplative Photography with study and perception of the Five Buddha Families (sometimes called the Five Wisdom Energies). The Buddha families take us through the elements, seasons, psyches, and aesthetics. Miksang gives us a visual outlet to explore our perceptions in sections, element by element.
Pre-requisite:
Miksang level 1 or introductory Miksang program
Course includes:
no more than 10 participants
6 live two-hour meetings via Zoom, including talks, examples, and reviews, always recorded (so you can watch if you miss the live)
Online private forum for sharing between meetings (Mighty Network)
Five assignments to explore between meetings
Exploration of these texts: Look Look Look Look Look Again by Kevin Townley and Enlightened By Design by Helen Berliner, and more
